Registration for The 2014 Summer Reading Program will be held from Tuesday, May 27th to Monday, June 9th. This year's theme is "Fizz, Boom, Read" Register and receive a reading log and a special gift.

Any time is a great time to spark a creative reaction. Whether it's a hand's-on experiment that propels a lifelong interest, a book that makes you want to read more, or a fun program that introduces you to a new friend, this year's Summer Reading Program at the Carnegie Public Library has it all.

This year's theme is consistent with the STEM ideology(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and the Carnegie Public Library will host a number of programs for all ages.

There will be reading and prizes involved, but also a water balloon toss, a rocket, some magic, music and more! Join us to learn about and experience the fizz and boom in all our lives!
